He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Rosa (Sears) of London and George W. Blake of Plymouth, England.. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughters, Margaret Glaser (Andrew) of Annandale, NJ, Barbara Swift of Maple Park, IL and Colleen Trinko (Paul) of Glen Ellyn, IL.; his grandchildren, Drew Glaser, Jeff Glaser (Jen), Amy Glaser, Kari Soprych and Megan Loebbaka (Cale); and his great grandchildren, Jack, Lucy, Eve (Arthur), Indra (Andrew), Ella, Andrew, Ethan, Emma, Sawyer and Charlotte.

In lieu of flowers, friends who desire may make memorial contributions to Ark Valley Helping Hands or the Ark Valley Humane Society.
