He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Merrifield and Roy Merrifield. He is survived by: his wife Betty Nell of Arlington, Texas.; and his sons, Glen (Bonnie) and Steven (Sandy). He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
