He is survived by: his mother Charlene Thompson; his wife Tami Ready Thompson; his children, Ryan Crisler (Salida), Rohn Michael (Oklahoma City) and Kathryn Jordan (Salida); his siblings, Tom Thompson (Rebeca), Susie Orzechowski (Frank), Frankie Urban, Paula Armenta and Roni Martin (David); and his parents-in-law, Roy, Donna Coupland, Sandra Lowe (Dan), Judi Ready, Cindy Birdsong (Rick), John Ready (Becky) and Joan Day (Kenny). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
