He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvador B. Garcia and Casimira Mondragon Garcia; and his siblings, Louise Garcia, Condie Garcia, Jake "Joe" Garcia, David Torrez, Juan Casimiro Garcia, Frank Garcia and Tomas Garcia.

He is survived by: his siblings, Lorraine Lopez of Saguache, CO, Carolyn White of Monte Vista, CO and Raymond Garcia (Joan) of National City, CA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
