He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Danielle Lewis, Todd (Christy), Justin (Jennie) and Christopher (Katelyn); his siblings, Ann Swain and Philip Lewis; his grandchildren, Mallorie Miller (Cody), Garret, Jace Lewis, Gemma and Noah Lewis; his great grandchild Aspen Miller; and also, Mike, Scotch and Marine Colonel. He is also survived by nine nieces; and nine nephews.
