He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert David Couch and Lorene Jane Duncan. He is survived by: his children, Willard Arnold Couch Jr, Judith Jill Couch and Jamie L. Matthews; his former wife Donna Ann Hadley; his daughter Sue; and his wife Charlene Dickerson. He is also survived by his 3 children, 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and many beloved family and friends.
