He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Miller and Frances Williams Miller (Fif); his stepmother Barbara Lawton Miller; his stepsister Theresa Lawton; his siblings-in-law, Emery and Josephine Swartzendurber; and his nephews, Matthew Yost and Chance Nichols.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Miller; his sister Diane Zimmerman; his nieces and nephews, Casey Day (Dorothy) and Nikki; his stepsiblings, Chris Lawton (Denise) and Shelly Borg; his children, Kris Crow, Shawn Borg (Nancy), Marc Borg and Alizabeth Borg; his brother-in-law Dan Swartzendurber (Becky); his children, Beth Swartzendurber, Amy Garard (Nathan), David Swartzendurber and Carol Yost (John); and his grandchildren, Janette Larison (Jeff), Grant Yost (Ashlee) and Sue Swartzendurber.
