She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Monaco and Alfonso Monaco; her former husbands, Delvin Boone and Eltjo Visker; her daughter Sally Anne Boone; her siblings, Ren, Eddie, Louie Monaco and Sally Marchand; her nephews, Michael Bacco, Brian Monaco, Jeffery Monaco, James Roundtree and Rene Monaco; and her granddaughter Marianne Lane.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Lane, Leslie Hartvig (Jack), Laura Snyder (Eddie) and Dana Boone; her siblings, Richard Monaco and Jean Roundtree; her brother-in-law Jean Marchand; her stepchildren, Gardenia Shadwell (Jim) and Cecil Osburn (Lori); and her cousin Dori Gronquist. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
