Montoya of Rocky Ford, Colorado, born in Ojo Sarco, New Mexico, who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fidel Lopez and Aguida Lopez; her husband John B. Montoya; her son Albert; and her siblings, Lydia, Rose, Bennie, Nick and Dennis.
She is survived by: her children, Stella Jaure (Frank) of Albuquerque, NM, Joe Montoya of Rocky Ford, Ed Montoya of Rocky Ford, John Montoya Jr. of Rocky Ford, Sam Montoya of Rocky Ford and Sally Dellinger (Levi) of Rocky Ford; her siblings, Percina Arellano, Becky Garcia, Alden Lopez of New Mexico and Fidel Lopez Jr. of New Mexico; and her brother-in-law Don Montoya of New Mexico. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and recently the first great-grandson.
