He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Lusk and Esther Lusk. He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Lusk; his children, David Lee Lusk and Hollie Renee Baca (Ian); his grandchildren, Fletcher Quinn and Lilliana Josephine Baca; his sister Becky Casper (Paul Darwin); his great-nephews, Dalton, Hayden, Riley and Cort; and his nephew Paul. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
