He was predeceased by: his parents, June Elizabeth Alfrey (Brooks) and Lewis Alfrey; his former wife Sharon Allmendinger; and his brother Gary Alfrey. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Alfrey; his daughters, Tammy Schlegel (Marvin) and Teresa Reynolds (Keith); and his grandchildren, Cassie Wyckoff, Patrick Wyckoff, Cody Rogers, Dustin Reynolds (Sarah) and Brianna Martin (Bobby). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
