It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Heil of Rocky Ford, Colorado, born in Liberal, Kansas, who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Larry, John and Tom Heil; his siblings, Scott Heil Jr., Bill Heil (Carol), Jack Heil and Mary Rush (Henry); his daughter Debbie Walter (Mike); his grandchildren, Tennille Chicarelli (Mark), Nolan Walter (Annie), Torie Pepper (Dylan), Anthoni Walter and Jemma Walter; his great grandchildren, Arrisa Begano (Dante), Addie, Connor Nash Chicarelli, Raelee, Cayden, Bailey Walter and Whitlee; his sisters-in-law, Norma Heil, Linda Heil and Beatrice Nace; his nieces and nephews, Kathleen Heil, Ruth Rush, Laura Nitanda, Barbara Zeman, Karen DeZetter, April Rush, Cindy Previte, Lora Bundy, Lavinia Franklin, Chrissy DeCamillo, Patrick and Jordan Nace; his son-in-law Mike; his parents, Harold Rawlins and Hannah Nace; and also, Harold Rawlins, Hannah, Billy Nace, James Josheph Begano (JJ) and Richard Nace. He was also cherished by loving husband and father to his wife and children and to his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
