He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Smith and Helen Smith (Mason); and his brother Russell Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Fritz (Bryan); his grandchildren, Rachel Ortega (Cristian), Naomi and Hunter; his son Jeff Smith; his grandchildren, Chays and Caevan; his son Luke Smith (Melissa); his grandson Everett; his son Lance Smith (Jolene); his grandson Stanley; and his caregiver Cindy Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
