He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Allen and Pearl Allen; and his sister Rita. He is survived by: his former wife Karen Loeffler; his sons, Bill (Teresa Kelley), Phillip (Connor) and Harold; his brother Art of Fowler; his daughter-in-law Teresa; his grandchildren, Calista Kelley (Michael Medina) and Cecil Allen; his great grandchildren, Phillip and Connor; his nephew Artie Allen; his great-nephews, Scott Allen (Yvette) and Markus Allen; and his great-niece Nicole Berlind. He is also survived by her two children, as well as numerous cousins, good friends, step-children.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been created at Fowler State Bank.
