She was predeceased by: her parents, Ophelia Genevieve (Martinez) and Modesto Frank Cruz; her husband Dan E. Martinez; her grandson Lawrence Perez; and her brothers, David, Johnny, Rudy and Gary Cruz.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Martinez (George Anna) of Rocky Ford, CO, Anthony Martinez of La Junta, CO, David Martinez (Lori) of Thornton, CO, Rick Martinez (Debbie) of Ft. Lupton, CO, Judy Martinez of Thornton, CO and Rachel Martinez of Rocky Ford, CO; and her siblings, Flora Cruz of Rocky Ford, CO, Carol Reyes of Rocky Ford, CO, Irene Cruz of Ontario, CA, Nancy Ujueta of Georgia, Freda Salazar (Randy) of Victorville, CA, Frankie Cruz (Frances) of Las Vegas, NV and Lawrence Cruz (Gina) of Upland, CA.. She is also survived by 16 great - grandchildren and 1 great - great - grandson.
Due to COVID - 19, the family asks that you wear a mask for the viewing from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, December 29th at Ford - Ustick Funeral Home in Rocky Ford, CO. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated privately by the family.
