He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert M. Scarrow and Laila Rodabaugh Scarrow; his former wife Ruth Fender; his wife Cynthia Scarrow; his son Mark; and his grandson Dale Scarrow.
He is survived by: his brother Melvin Scarrow; his sons, Marcus and Donald (Kim); his grandson Bobby; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Lewis; his granddaughters, Kelsey, Danielle and Sydney; and also, Finley Malcomb, Mary Ellen Scarrow and Fort Morgan of Colorado.
