It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Henry (Rifle, Colorado), who passed away on January 20, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phyllis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Zarlingo and Elizabeth Zarlingo of Silt, Colorado.; her siblings, Mary (Hurst), Dorthy, Ralph (Sonny) and Robert; her nephew Robert Slaven (Jean); and also Gaylord John Henry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Marsh (Russ) of Rifle and Gayl Cherry (John) of San Ramon, CA; and her sister-in-law DeDe Zarlingo. She is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
