He was predeceased by: his parents, Etta Mae (Packard) and William O. Mullen, Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Charlene McClintock Surwill; his brothers-in-law, Mike McClintock and Ben Surwill; his parents-in-law, Pearl and LeRoy Church; his wife Darlene Mullen; his son William L. (Faith Mullen); his grandson William L. Jr. (Katie Mullen); his great grandchildren, William C. and Olive; his granddaughter Annie Mullen of Cincinnati, Ohio.; his daughter Sheri (Keith Townsend); his granddaughter Alisha (Ed Domenico); his great grandchildren, Derick, Gavin and Garret of Pueblo, Colorado; his granddaughter Lori (Don Busi); his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Ben and Charlie of Denver, Colorado; his granddaughter Chelsie (CJ Womack); his great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Gracie, George and Evie of Pueblo, Colorado.; his children, Thomas Mullen (Dave Paden) and Cori (Tom Mraovich); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Luke of Denver, Colorado and Brian Luke of Azle, Texas; his nephew Michael D. (Nikki McClintock); his great-nephews, Mason, Matthew, Aussie and Rob Pollock of Urunga, NSW; and also Karen.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Vineland Methodist Church (1587 36th Ln, Pueblo, CO 81006).
