He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Eilean Breit and William Harold Hower; his uncle Ted Graves; his wife Cleone; his aunt Lucille (Breit); and his brothers-in-law, Alvin McMichael and Albert Mayernick.
He is survived by: his son William Charles Junior; his siblings, Gerald Hower (Loretta), Doug Hower, Denise Everhart (Craig), Sharon Kirkendoll (Mike) and Patricia Thompson (Stan); his sisters-in-law, Shirley Mayernick (Albert) and Beverly Muse (Bobby); his children, Darla Traeber (Art) and Bill Hower (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Matt Mader, Megan Stover (Will), Alyssa Chinnici (Tom), Sara Lovstrom (Todd) and Amanda Patterson; his great grandchild Henry Stover; and his cousin Connie Shull (Leroy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Imperial Funeral Homes. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lunch the Beulah Methodist Church.
