He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Stephens and Lela Stephens (June); his siblings, Julia, Beverly and David; his grandchildren, Sammy Hughs and Stacy Leeper (Hughs); his grandson-in-law Jake Leeper; and his great grandchildren, Tara Leeper and Pearl Sturtevant.
He is survived by: his son Eddie; his wife Donna; his grandchildren, Brad Hughs, Sharmin Axtell (Jerry), Brian Stephens (Cassie), Greg Stephens (Jessica), Kris Stephens, Natalie Zamora, Becky Jenkins (Travis), Abby Larson (Vern), Shaynee Renzelman (Wyatt), Jeffrey Agnes (Carly) and Shannon Sturtevant (Chad); and his friend Adria Cradduck. He is also survived by the best friends and neighbors.
