He is survived by: his children, Layla Valdez, Ronald Valdez and Justice Valdez; his stepson Dominic Lopez; his parents, Ronald Valdez and Tonia Valdez; his siblings, Michael Pineda (Christina) and Amber Valdez-Drennan (Beccah); his grandparents, Orlando, Liz Pineda and Ron Valdez (Jennie); his nieces and nephews, Aryonna, Anthony and Ava; his aunts and uncles, Jennifer Barragan (Chris), Jesse Valdez (Alicia) and Adam Valdez (Monica); his girlfriend Monique DeLacruz; his partner's children, Nicholas and Zariah Archuleta; and his close friends, Kyle Ellis and Craig Hansen (Amanda). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
