She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Clark and Nancy Clark; her sister-in-law Duryan Clark; and her parents-in-law, Elizabeth Medina and Alfred Medina.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Medina; her children, Jon (Camille), Adam (Laura) and Hollie (Derick); and her brothers, Russel, Randy Clark (Yolanda), Larry (Bonnie Medina) and Lorrie Schofield. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
