She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John P Romero and Maria E. Romero; and her father Benjamin E. Maestas. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Maestas; her husband Paul Mondragon; her children, John "JP" Mondragon and Alexia "Lexi" Mondragon (Jake Zamarripa); and her siblings, Michael Maestas, Mark Maestas, Theresa Rick (Gus) and Valerie Genova (Rick). She is also survived by numerous godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
