With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melissa J. McCurry (Pueblo, Colorado), born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on October 30, 2024 at the age of 54. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Melissa J. McCurry to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Almon Carson Jr.; and her parents-in-law, Rose McCurry and Daryel McCurry. She is survived by: her husband John McCurry; her children, Brady McCurry (Riley), Lacey McCurry (John Floyd) and Lindsey McCurry; her pets, Sammie and Phoebe; her mother Virginia Carson; her sisters, Kerri Kent (Jay) and Amy Decker (Tim); her nieces and nephews, Catherine Greenwood (Robert), Bryn Decker, Alora Decker, Ryan Kent, Chance Decker and Dawson Decker; and her sister-in-law Lou McCurry.

A rosary was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the St. Joseph Church (1145 S Aspen Rd, Pueblo, CO 81006). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
