He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Koncilja Jr., Martha Koncilja, Keith and Sally Hed; and his aunt Carey Koncilja.
He is survived by: his father John Koncilja; his sisters, Sarah Bowman (Anthony), Sylvie Koncilja (Marco) and Nealy Koncilja; his nieces, Aubrey and Charlotte Bowman; his aunts, Lois Brown, Cathi Martino and Donna Hed; and his uncle Michael Hed. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
