He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee and Viola Marie Miller (Appel). He is survived by: his spouse Ancil Caddick Jr.; his children, Larry Dennis Miller, Shannon Lane (Christopher), Patrick Miller, Heidi Miller and Ryan Miller; and his siblings, Cathy Lynne Turley (John), Curtis Leon Miller and Pamela Sue Knespel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
