He is survived by: his wife Ellen Van Landingham of Florence; and his children, Forrest Smith, Brooke Sewell, Heather Lewis, Quinton Kaemmer and Dolph Smith. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the B'Nai Jacob Cemetery West 23rd.
