He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro T. Godinez and Alice Godinez (Santos); and his sister Dolores Vigil. He is survived by: his wife Diana Godinez; his pet Juju; his daughters, Dina Godinez (Cindy Reyna) and Deborah Roukema (James); his grandchildren, Daniel Hernandez (Jazmine), Dominic Hernandez (Brandi) and Marysa Valdez; his great grandchildren, Eli Hernandez, Dax Hernandez and Kai Hernandez; and his brother Joe Godinez (Marie). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Family Worship Center (3800 Parker Blvd, Pueblo, CO 81008).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Southern Colorado Alzheimer's Association.
