He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Fernandez and Margaret Fernandez; his brothers, David Fernandez and Manuel Fernandez Jr.; and his godson David Padilla Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Maria Fernandez; his children, Joel Fernandez (Nickcole), Tina Fernandez (Levi Vigil), Frank Fernandez Jr. and Monica Padilla (Ryan Carvey); his grandchildren, Joel Jr., Sumayah, Adonis, Ivory, Alexys, Levi and Xayne; his sister Patty Padilla (David); his godchildren, Jaclynn, Nickulas, Felicity and Leticia; and his pets, WiddleCoco and Kaneki. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
