He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Ulery and Fanny Ulery; his parents-in-law, Roy and Mary Etta Swallow; his daughter Brenda Sue Belcher; his granddaughter Lisa Horne; his brothers, Ronald Ulery (Jean), Fred Ulery (Carol), Norman Ulery and Byron Ulery; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Powers (Dennis) and Ruth Belveal (Jerry).
He is survived by: his wife Alice Ulery; his children, Bill Ulery (Carolyn) and Donna Ulery (Chuck Martellaro); his grandchildren, Jeremy Ulery (Mindi), Jimmy Ulery (Amanda), Amanda Belcher, Ted Belcher, Crystal Ulery, Nick Ulery and Kevin Horne Jr.; his great grandchild Savanna Zollner (Anthony); his grandchildren, William Ulery, Hunter Ulery, James Ulery, Ryan Ulery, Denizah Belcher, Devon Alires, Arviella Dagendash, Skyler Topance, Leighla Watt-Ulery, Corena Ulery and Kevin Horne III; his great great grandchildren, Ashlin Zollner, Spencer Zollner and Oakley Olson; his brother Dale Ulery (Virginia); and his siblings-in-law, Myrna Ulery, Shirley Ulery, Barbara Cox and Richard Swallow (Vicky). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Davis Mortuary (128 Broadway Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Davis Memorial Chapel (128 Broadway Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004).
