He is survived by: his wife Julia Mondragon; his children, David Mondragon Jr., Duane Mondragon, Phillip Mondragon (Mishila), Patrick Mondragon (Jaime), Brandee Jaramillo, Alexandra Esquibel, Heather Mondragon and Mike Churchfield; his grandchildren, Brittany, Santiago, Lorena, Javen, Risa, Isaiah, Rianna, Brenden, Kaitlin and Milo; and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Josiah, Jayla, Emilio and Savannah.
