Darryl left this world on February 26, 2025 at the age of 62, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Lucero and Edumenio Lucero; and his siblings, Betty Chavez, Robert Lucero and Larry Lucero.
He is survived by: his wife Tami Lucero; his children, Carlos Duran (Tracy), Adrian Duran (Gabby), Antonio Chavez (Jessica) and Curtis Chavez (Alicia); his grandchild Armondo; his great grandchild Aurora; and his siblings, Isabell Garcia (Wally), Rose Quintana (Sam), Pat Medina (Lewis), Darlene Trujillo, Jerald Lucero (Melissa), Luciano Lucero (Elizabeth) and Angelina Avalos (Eric). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
