He was predeceased by: his brother David Lazarz; his son Dennis Lazarz; and his parents, Velma Lazarz and Walter Lazarz. He is survived by: his daughter Dena Lazarz (JimVelarde); his grandchildren, Tara Osborne and Spencer Osborne; his sister Renee Lazarz (Gary Miller); and his nephews, Casey Edwards (Victoria) and Shawn Lazarz.
