He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Montoya and Sophie Montoya; and his close friends, Charlie Gonzales and Maggie Maldonado. He is survived by: his siblings, Virginia Gamboa, Jerry Montoya (Gloria) and Larry Montoya (Marie); his children, MaryJo Montoya (Ernest Herrera), Nadine Donoho (Steve), Lynette Bales (Jeff) and April Maes (Ricky Riggs); his grandchildren, Nathan Herrera (Jasmine), Jacob Herrera (Trinity), Sophia, Joshua, Lucas Donoho, Remi Riggs, Ashley Kravig (Tasche) and Cody Bales; and his great grandchildren, Mariana, Alicia, Mateo Hererra, Paisley and Wyatt Kravig. He is also survived by brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Praise Assembly of God (2000 Troy Ave, Pueblo, CO 81001-5627). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
