He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Hazel Mae Martin; his former wife Betty D. Gregory-Martin; his wife Carol Diane Avery-Martin; his daughter Theresa Lou Martin; his stepson John Michael Martin; and his brother Jim Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Rose (Darrell) and Timothy Martin; his stepchildren, Kris Schiegel (Dean), Regi Thallas (Ronnie) and Kenneth Eastwood (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Jesse, Betty, Cindy, Eric Christopher (Nancy), Robyn (Lynsie), Alex (Brian), Zachary and Tyler (Kindra). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
