He is survived by: his wife Debbie Nettles; his children, Mason, Hunter, Acacia, Mariah O'Brate (Dakota) and Jessica Nettles; his grandchildren, Declan Kelly, Noah and Riley O'Brate Reese; and his parents, Marvin Nettles Sr. and Stella Dean.
