He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Blair and Jeannie Blair. He is survived by: his sisters, Pat Walton (Matt Walton), Kathy Parsons (Bruce Parsons) and Teresa Jones; his children, Rosalinda Montoya (Rodney Montoya) and Marcos Blair (Christi Blair); his grandchildren, Delanierose Lopez (Christian Lopez), Justin Russell-Blair, Brianna Montoya, Tyler Blair and Kaitlyn Blair; and his wife Francisca Blair.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pueblo West Funeral Home Chapel (381 S Joe Martinez Blvd, Pueblo West, CO 81007).
