With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Lena (Hornyik) Pickerill of Pueblo West, Colorado, born in Blacksburg, Virginia, who passed away on March 21, 2022 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Karl; and her cousin Andrea. She is survived by: her mother Irene Hornyik of Corvallis, Ore.; her children, Jonas, Maddie, Ind, Pueblo West and Colo; her husband John Pickerill; her stepson Jack; her siblings, Galena (Chris) of Sandy, Utah and Karl (Neysa); her nieces and nephews, Beyza, Lydia and Wash; her uncle Chester; her cousin Ingrid of Chicago, Ill.; and also Daiva.
