He was predeceased by: his stepfather Frank Barela Jr.; his girlfriend Jessica Montez; his grandparents, Ann Patricia Craig and William Craig; and his aunt Valerie Montoya.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Craig Barela (Gerald); and his siblings, Alex Encinias, Julia Barela (Ignacio Santana) and Brooklyn Barela. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
