He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ruff; his children, Tony Ruff (Sherry) of Pueblo, Tammy Espinoza (Gerald) of Pueblo West and Priscilla Ayres (Roger) of Lancaster, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Zach Espinoza, Larissa Espinoza, Faith Patterson (Jaime), Luke Ayres (Katy), Cody Ruff (Bri), Jacob Ayres, Jonathan Espinoza and Alex Ayres (Emily); and his siblings, Gwen Schwartz, Connie Cecil (Joe) and David Ruff (Carol). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Wayne's memory to Banner Missionary Baptist Church.
