He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Nachtigall (Berry) and Harry Otto Nachtigall. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Nachtigall (Rossorelli); his children, John Charles Nachtigall and Amy Lynn Derting (Lucas); and his grandchildren, Madeline, Dillon and Dominic.
