He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Sue Callahan (Remington). He is survived by: his wife Adrienne; his sons, Jack and James; his father Robert Grant Graham; his brothers, Andrew Graham (Monica) and Nathan Graham; his niece Keira; his nephews, Seth, Mikah, Ryan and Mason; and his friend Justin Canchola. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

All contributions will go toward his children's college funds.
