He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Sunnie Palmitier (Lance), Shannon Smith (Kenny) and Jody Van Dusseldorp (Brandi); his stepchildren, Noelle Fellman (Greg), Emily Scott and Nick Scott (Krysta); and his siblings, Bruce Van Dusseldorp (Maggie), Dennis Van Dusseldorp (Laura) and Peggy Coulson (Carrol). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
