He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Michelle Palacio, Lisa Palacio, Steven Forrest, Chuck Forrest, Mike Forrest, James Forrest (Julia) and Jennifer Forrest; his siblings-in-law, Ruth Palacio and George Forrest; his cousins, Frank Palacio (Shirley), Tammy Palacio, Julie Palacio, Rick Palacio (Graham Kaltenbach) and Lisa Padilla (Randy); his friend Ana María Rocha; and his close friend Brenda Lingier. He is also survived by other friends and extended family.
