She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer A. Johnson and Nancy Johnson (Boles); her former husband Harold Cook; her husband Hobert Mickey; her daughter Dixie Scott; her siblings, Ladelle Barker, Floyd Johnson and Louie Johnson; her grandson J. D. Cummins; and her great grandchildren, Brandon Baxter and Holly Unruh.
She is survived by: her children, Marcella Fahrenkrog of Lamar, April Faull (Jim) of Lamar, Judy Claassen (Norm) of Florence, Roger Williams (Kathy) of Lincoln and Janie Miller of Lamar, Colorado; her son-in-law Fred Scott (Flora) of Lamar, Colorado; her sister Yvonda Miller (Gene) of Tyler, Texas; and her niece Jo Estep. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; numerous great and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and a host of friends.
