He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie Madison and Zelda Gray Schell "Shelly" Holloway; his wife Jane Esther Kiner; and his granddaughter Lila Jane Walters. He is survived by: his daughters, Ginny Kay H. Mays (Clint) of Cotopaxi, Laura L. Holloway of Salida and Wendy A. Walters (Chris) of Poncha Springs; and his adoptive children, Rafael D. Cruz Holloway (Jenny) of Caloocan City, Philippines, Ferdenand Rey D. Cruz Holloway (Mara) of Middleton, Grigorio Paulo D. Cruz Holloway (Jerlyn) of Middleton and Anna Kristina D. Cruz Holloway of Middleton.
