He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Kinnison and Montrie Kinnison (Reeves); his son Rick; his brother Ray; his wife Shirley; and his grandson Gene.

He is survived by: his sons, Randy Kinnison (Robin) of Eaton and Arnold Kinnison (Toni) of Pierce; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Kinnison; his grandchildren, Becky Kinnison, Matthew Kinnison (Sara), Gary Kinnison (Kayla), Phillip Kinnison (Liza), David Kinnison and Austin Kinnison (Rachel); his sisters-in-law, Luella Kinnison, Ruth Hawkins (Roy), Beverly Lewis (Wray), Aldine Winick and Corrine Winick; and his close friend Betty Moseley. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
