He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Field and Margaret Field. He is survived by: his nephew Scott D. Field; his significant other Kathy Field; his children, Makenna and William; and his siblings, Susan Huntz (John), Diane, Douglas Field (Joette) and Thomas Field (Tracy). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, grand nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
