He is survived by: his daughters, Shayna Lee Warner-Vahsholtz, Kristin Lorraine Warner and Kimberly Ann Wholean; his son-in-law Seth Vahsholtz; his grandchildren, Katelyn Ann Zeller, Kayla Sue Hammond, Kaelynn Sandra Allyson Deshong, Sylvia Sahren Harris and Jeffrey Dale Deshong; his great grandchild Wyatt James Hammond; and his nephews, Samuel Allen Blakely, Simeon Eliot Blakely and Stephan John Gay.
