It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christian Louis Barela of Peyton, Colorado, born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, who passed away on June 4, 2022, at the age of 20, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Louis, Margie Mondragon, Reynaldo "Rey" Garsez and Dolores St (Claire-Klist). He is survived by: his parents, Francisco Barela (Amanda Alexander) and Myra Fuller (Damien Maitin); his sisters, Ezri Barela (Jeremiah Mabrey), Melanie Fuller (Bo Lee) and Savanah Fuller; his grandparents, Larry Garsez and Sandra Mondragon; his great-grandparent Sara Garsez; his grandfather Ronald Lanning; and his aunt Shawna Fuller. He is also survived by numerous great-aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
